About the Role
As a Door to Door representative at Sparks, you’ll play a key role in connecting consumers with a top-tier brand. Your mission is to engage customers, deliver key messages, and create unforgettable experiences—all while driving leads for the sales team.
What You’ll Do
Conduct door-to-door outreach in target neighborhoods.
Engage homeowners in knowledgeable conversations and book appointments on the spot.
Report project results promptly through our tracking system.
Share success stories, key insights, and feedback with Head Office.
Create a memorable consumer experience that boosts sales, brand loyalty, and awareness.
Educate potential customers.
Accurately track interactions and leads using the provided tools or forms.
Participate in regular team briefings and training refreshers.
Experience: Prior experience in sales/lead generation, 1–2 years in similar roles is preferred
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Personality: Outgoing, persuasive, confident, a natural relationship-builder, and self-motivated
Physical Ability: comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and 24/7 access to a PC with internet/email
Logistics: Reliable transportation and willingness to work in various neighborhood settings
Work Ethic: Motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to business integrity
Requirements
Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (driver's abstract required).
Due to insurance stipulations, the applicant must be a minimum of 25 Years old.
Comfortable working in outdoor conditions.
