The job involves: •Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest’s needs •Responsible for the continuous and proper operation of slot machinery including, but not limited to; slot machines, ticket printers, ticket storage areas, Automatic Jackpot Machines and currency exchange machines. •Responsible for participating in jackpot payouts, credit meter payouts, filling of payout reserve containers, conducting ticket investigations and servicing of minor machine malfunctions. •Accountable for the verification of certain jackpot transactions performed by Slot Attendants •Responsible for monitoring an assigned gaming area including all other physical assets in a designated area along with its general cleanliness, orderliness and appearance •Shares knowledge and information on how the slot games are played, explaining pay tables as well as any current casino promotions and activities to earn trust and loyalty •Working safely and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation •Accountable for ensuring adherence to Slot Operations policies, procedures, Internal Control Manual procedures, AGCO regulations and Casino policies and procedures. •Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels •Standing and walking for extended periods of time The ideal candidate has: •Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume customer service role •Demonstrated leadership, organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to focus on results •Excellent guest service skills •Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
