What you will do:
Engage in a detailed mine operations training program emphasizing personal and team safety
Learn and become certified to operate mobile/mining equipment and oversee automated equipment
Perform operational tasks, including manual lifting and shoveling
Work within small teams to safely achieve objectives for the shift
Collaborate with co-workers and supervisors to continuously improve safety and operational efficiency
What you will bring:
High School Diploma
Core values of Safety and Integrity
Commitment to treat everyone with dignity and respect
Ability to work shift work (days and nights)
Willingness to learn all aspects of operations
Previous heavy equipment experience would be an asset.
