Job Description
Providing Print Sales support
Consulting and providing basic end user training on workstations, copiers, and printers.
Onsite and remote break/fix support on network infrastructures as well as support for hardware and software on servers, workstations, copiers, and printers
Investigating, troubleshooting, problem solving, and resolving technical related issues including root cause analysis, testing and documentation.
Update technical documentation including system configurations, application integration etc.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing client service issues
Assisting with moving, taking apart, repair and assembly of copiers and printers as needed
Administrative tasks such as time keeping, and documentation of maintenance
Assisting other team members as required
Skills and Experience Required
Highschool diploma - required
Industry certifications - desirable
HP, Toshiba, A+, Networking+, MCSE
2 Years + experience in a technical support tole or an appropriate combination of education and experience will be considered.
Excellent client service skills, as well as trustworthy with high ethical standards
Superior written and verbal English language skills
Works well under pressure, and when in time sensitive situations.
Ability to think logically, understand details, organize, and prioritize tasks
Able to diagnose problems and follow processes
Software troubleshooting
Willingness to increase IT qualifications and knowledge
Working Conditions
Must be physically capable of moving 75 pounds
Based out of Grand Prairie, but may require travel to surrounding areas
Unscheduled, after-hours support and on-call hours may be required
Travel is necessary, candidates must have their own vehicle
The successful candidate must comply with the safety standards of ESW-IT and/or its clients
This may include safety training such as first aid, WHMIS, etc.
