This is an excellent opportunity for a post-secondary student pursuing a career in accounting, finance, or business administration to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Starting as soon as possible until the end of August 2025. Key Deliverables: Accurately enter a high volume of invoices, including bulk invoices from recurring vendors Review and process employee expense claims in accordance with Brookfield Residential's expense policy Check invoices for completeness, accuracy, and appropriate approvals prior to processing Sort, organize, and file invoices and other accounts payable documentation Assist with various finance-related projects and administrative tasks as assigned What You Bring: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
