Keyera Career Opportunity Job Type: Permanent THE POSITION Join Keyera's NGL Marketing Accounting team as a Payables Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in managing various payables activities related to our natural gas liquids marketing business. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to apply their skills and grow their careers in a dynamic environment. RESPONSIBILIITIES Reconcile and balance rail-related transportation and customs expenses with third-party and internal statements. Identify, investigate, dispute, and resolve billing issues promptly. Prepare cash forecasts and weekly wire details for corporate accounting. Ensure timely and accurate creation and distribution of payments to Keyera’s customers according to contractual arrangements. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. QUALIFICATIONS Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting. Prior experience in a high-volume accounts payable role is a plus. Familiarity with e-ONE and Qbyte is advantageous. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail and teamwork. Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Willingness to participate in industry and/or in-house training as needed.
