Section B – Exigences du poste • Diplôme de licence en commerce, informatique, data science, technologies de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe. Un diplôme de master est un atout. • Au moins 7 ans d'expérience pratique en gestion de projet, dont au moins 3 ans dans un rôle de cadre supérieur, ou expérience équivalente. • Certifications en gestion de projet ou en méthodologies agiles, telles que PMP ou Scrum Master, sont un plus. • Maîtrise démontrée des méthodologies agiles, en particulier SAFe, y compris les responsabilités de Scrum Master. • Capacité éprouvée à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à travailler efficacement sous pression. • Compétences solides en leadership, communication et relations interpersonnelles. • Aptitudes efficaces en résolution de problèmes avec une vision stratégique. • Bonne connaissance des outils de gestion de projet tels que JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project. • La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ----------- Section A – Specific Responsibilities • Lead and manage projects within the Decision Intelligence Team from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. • Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. • Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis to understand needs, expectations, and project impact, developing strategies for effective engagement. • Implement agile methodologies (SAFe) and facilitate scrum meetings to enhance team efficiency and adherence to agile principles. • Define and track performance metrics to evaluate project success, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management. • Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Section B – Position Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in project management, including at least 3 years in a senior role, or equivalent experience. • Certifications in project management or agile methodologies, such as PMP or Scrum Master, are a plus. • Demonstrated proficiency with agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, including Scrum Master responsibilities. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Effective problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset. • Strong familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project. • Proficiency in French and English The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English.
