Hiring Unit: Department of Family Medicine, Palliative Care Position Summary and responsibilities: Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the incumbent may perform the following functions: Collaborate on the preparation and formatting of the communication materials. Disseminate across distribution vehicles (mailing lists and social media). Assist in maintenance and update of program websites. Monitor PCM’s social media platforms. Assist in organizing the meetings, seminar workshops/lectures, special events, etc. for PCM. Assist in preparation, compilation, and submission for sponsorship and CPD accreditation applications. Assist in following up with the expenses for the ongoing projects. Assists Program Manager in the development of funding/sponsorship proposals. Maintain sponsor and donor databases, track and follow-up with donors and sponsors.
