Par conséquent, le titulaire doit maîtriser l'anglais parlé et écrit. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Summary The McKesson Canada Head Office team manages the accounting, financial planning & analysis and budgeting process of McKesson Canada’s Head Office, the close and consolidation of all McKesson Canada business units, as well as SOX and technical accounting. This role consists of assisting the team with various accounting, budgeting and financial planning & analysis obligations, tasks, and projects. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and obtain a great learning experience. Note: This role would be full-time during the summer with the possibility of part-time work during the school year. Specific Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities generally include but are not limited to assisting the Head Office team with: Perform monthly close duties: month-end close entries and accruals, month-end close review and analyses Ensure completeness and validation of data in our various financial systems (SAP vs. BPC vs. FCCS) Prepare executive level summaries and presentations to explain monthly results using both established and ad hoc reports Review key expense variances Create and support managing large amounts of data Leverage technologies to automate and improve existing processes across the department Perform other ad hoc analysis, as needed. Job Requirements Completed or in the process of completing a Bachelor of Commerce or Accounting program Strong knowledge of Excel Knowledge of Power Query/Power BI (an asset) Digital mindset with an interest in learning new technologies, tools and ways of working Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively A sense of urgency and respect for deadlines with the ability to handle multiple deliverables Adept at managing change and working as part of a team Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Team spirit and eagerness to learn Proactive, dynamic and well-organized Bilingual (French and English) The incumbent of this position will provide support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States.
