We are currently seeking a results-driven Sub-Prime Finance Manager to join our growing team and help customers with credit challenges secure vehicle financing solutions. The Sub-Prime Finance Manager specializes in helping customers with non-prime and sub-prime credit situations get approved for vehicle financing. This role requires strong lender relationships, deep knowledge of credit and lending guidelines, and the ability to structure deals that make sense for both the customer and the dealership. Key Responsibilities Handle all aspects of sub-prime credit applications and approvals. Work closely with sales staff to identify and qualify potential sub-prime customers. Submit credit applications to a variety of non-prime and sub-prime lenders. Structure deals to maximize approvals and profitability while remaining compliant. Maintain strong relationships with lenders and stay up-to-date on program changes. Assist customers in understanding their credit situation and available finance options. Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with AMVIC and lender requirements. Follow up with unsold leads and maintain an effective pipeline of sub-prime prospects. Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales and finance process. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive finance, with a focus on sub-prime lending (minimum 2 years preferred). Strong knowledge of non-prime lenders, programs, and credit requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. AMVIC license (or ability to obtain). Proficient with credit bureau tools and dealership CRM systems.
