Veterinary Reception, Client Care Location: Victoria, BC Feltham Animal Hospital is welcoming a full-time Veterinary Receptionist, Client Care, to work 32 to 40 hours per week. What is your role The role of the Client Care Specialist (CCS) is to strengthen the client, animal, veterinary bond through exceptional client service and education. Your role is vital to the success of our hospital! You are the first point of contact and have the ability to leave a lasting impression building trust and loyalty with our clients. Your responsibility is to enhance the client’s experience by coordinating between the clients and members of the medical team. Your primary goal is to ensure the clients and their pets feel welcomed, expertly cared for and appreciated. Do you have what it takes?
