Nous recherchons un(e) Mécanicien(ne) de machines fixes dévoué(e) pour garantir le fonctionnement sécuritaire, efficace et fiable de nos systèmes de réfrigération — essentiels au bon déroulement de nos opérations d'entrepôt et à la conservation optimale des produits. Quart : Du lundi au vendredi — 6 h à 14 h ou 7 h à 15 h Rotation de garde : 1 semaine sur 3 Ce Que Vous Ferez Être un modèle en matière de sécurité et promouvoir une culture de prévention dans toute l’installation. Effectuer les inspections, l’entretien et le dépannage quotidiens des équipements de réfrigération. Réaliser des tournées régulières de l’entrepôt pour assurer la sécurité et l’efficacité des opérations. Participer à l’amélioration des programmes de maintenance préventive afin de réduire les temps d’arrêt. Ajuster les systèmes pour optimiser la consommation énergétique et réduire les coûts. Participer à une rotation de garde (1 semaine sur 3) pour répondre aux alertes du système en dehors des heures normales. Maintenir des standards élevés de propreté, de conformité et de sécurité au travail. Favoriser une culture d’intégrité, de responsabilité et d’amélioration continue. Ce Que Vous Apportez Minimum d’un an d’expérience dans un poste similaire (milieu industriel ou entrepôt, un atout). Expérience pratique avec les systèmes de réfrigération à l’ammoniac (préférée). Détention d’un certificat d’opérateur de réfrigération classe B (MMF) ou plus; la classe A est un atout important. Forte orientation sécurité et respect rigoureux des procédures.
