Working as an enthusiastic member of the Human Resources team, the HRIS Business Analyst is responsible for maximizing the use of technology to automate administrative processes to the greatest extent possible in all HR service areas to ensure efficiency and accuracy. The job involves: Providing expert level HRIS (Workday) support on business processes, data management, system administration, system maintenance, reporting, and system design. Providing analytics and reporting on all information systems to provide the organization with valued business intelligence on the people capital of the organization. Working closely with IT, Payroll, Operations and Human Resources regarding system upgrades, enhancements, discrepancies, special reports, infrequent updates and any other related system issues. Leading projects related to HRIS including enhancements, governance, and process design. Maintain and provide training, maintenance, trouble shooting and design for Workday including HCM Core, Benefits, Training, Absence and Recruitment functions. Providing innovation to build and design customized reports; providing guidance to Business Intelligence team to streamline data and automate. Responsibility for all HR systems integrity; Perform regular system audits to ensure alignment and reporting of information is completed accurately. Building, updating and auditing HRIS matrices to ensure governance of data for system users. Producing all specialized and complex reports requiring information from multiple systems to form analysis and recommends. Provides assistance with compensation, benefits, pension analysis and required reporting.
