JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Patrol Senior Field Operations Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the patrol department including timekeeping, GPS tracking reports, form submission audits, patrol/sentry attendance records, new hire tracking, BSIS compliance, web based portal user audits, multiple web-based portal report generation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONISIBILITIES
• Reviews patrol staff’s absences, and late or early arrival slips and documents them on attendance spreadsheet in Excel.
• Reviews patrol’s timecards in the payroll system, Paycom. Contacts watch commanders regarding missing hours on timecards, punch change requests, and runs related reports to send to management. Answers routine questions about timekeeping.
• Monitors hiring and onboarding process for each patrol new hire and documents their current status in an Excel spreadsheet.
• After officers are onboarded by HR, works with the new hires to order uniforms/equipment. Creates employee badges. Assists new employees in obtaining access to the Deputy scheduling system and contacts corporate to obtain fuel pin.
• Ensures officers are completing required training withing designated deadlines by running reports and contacting staff regarding any missed training items or time on the timecards which was spent completing training.
• Runs GPS reports on company vehicles to send to patrol management on a daily basis.
• Audits of training record submissions and preparing reports of discrepancies.
• Maintains daily updates of attendance records for patrol & sentry personnel.
Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in an administrative/coordinator role with timekeeping and accounting experience.
• Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and payroll software.
• Experience in the security industry is a plus.
• Dependable attendance is a must.
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

• Ability to be patient while dealing with employees or customer issues.
• Must be able to work accurately with detailed information while meeting deadlines.
• Must be able to maintain confidential employee information.
• Must work with a positive attitude towards clients and staff and represent the company in a positive manner.
