Lot Foreman - Audi Vaughan, Vaughan, ON L4K 2M9 Our Lot Foreman at Audi Vaughan plays a key role in maintaining the organization, flow, and presentation of our Service Department. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating lot activities, supporting service staff, and ensuring the team of Service Assistants and Porters work efficiently and cohesively. Key Responsibilities: Support the Service Manager with day-to-day coordination of lot operations. Lead by example, setting the tone for lot organization, cleanliness, and efficiency. Provide direction to Service Assistants and Porters, ensuring tasks are completed on time. Greet and guide customers within the Service Department as needed. Coordinate vehicle movement: service wash, final delivery positioning, and parking flow. Perform quality checks on vehicle cleanliness and presentation before handover. Maintain a clean and organized coffee area and waiting room. Fill customer vehicles with windshield washer fluid when needed. Assist in training new Service Assistants on dealership processes and standards. Perform other duties as required to support the success of the Service Department. Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in an automotive environment is strongly preferred. Proven ability to take initiative and lead a small team effectively. Valid Ontario Driver’s License and clean driving abstract. Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor. Works well under pressure and in fast-paced settings. Why Work for Pfaff?
