We have a great opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team in a company and industry with great growth opportunities at Crown Auto Group. We are one of the fastest growing dealerships in Manitoba with a recently expanded shop to keep up with our growing customer base.
As a Service Advisor you will guide customers through their vehicle servicing experience, listening to their concerns and educating customers on how to properly maintain their vehicle. After the initial 90 days of comprehensive training, success will mean having the ability and skills to work with multiple computer programs and assess and advise customers on repair and maintenance work while being the first point of contact for our service shops.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly as they enter the service drive
Perform vehicle walkarounds with customer
Review vehicle history, open recalls and recommended maintenance with customers
Listen to customers concerns and act as a liaison between the customer and the technician
Provide customers with timely updates on their vehicle through text, email and/or phone and prepare accurate estimates of costs
Explain all completed work and charges to customers when they arrive and book their next maintenance appointment
Follow up with customer to build repeat business
Requirements:
1-3 years of automotive experience (preferred)
Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive manual transmissions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management skills
Great customer service and listening skills
Detailed oriented
