This role involves managing materials, operating machinery, and coordinating with other team members to meet production goals. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain concrete batching equipment to produce concrete according to specifications. Monitor and control the mixing process to ensure consistency and quality of concrete. Manage inventory of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of production, materials usage, and equipment maintenance. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Train and supervise plant personnel, including drivers and loader operators. Address any issues or problems that arise during production promptly and efficiently. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification preferred. Experience in operating and maintaining concrete batching equipment. Knowledge of concrete mix designs and production processes. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
