The position:
As a key part of our customer experience team, this role supports Trail Appliances’ commitment to delivering top-notch service by assisting customers through live chat and other channels, handling inquiries, and processing online orders with care and efficiency. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll help ensure every interaction reflects our dedication to expert guidance and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:
Engage and assist customers through online chat to identify and recommend appliances that meet their needs
Process and manage online orders, ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience
Support various departments to enhance customer satisfaction, drive sales, and reduce costs
Build rapport with online customers to complement and support in-store sales efforts
Maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
What you need to be successful:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer focus with a passion for problem-solving
Proficient computer skills with typing speed of 60 wpm
Well-organized with solid administrative abilities
Previous sales, customer service, or online chat experience is an asset
Availability:
This is a full-time position and will require you to be available:
Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm
Sunday from 11:00am to 5:00pm
