Work Flexibility: Hybrid As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire design, scope, and order reconciliation process for new projects from pre-sale through final sign-off. In this role, you will provide vital support to customers, clinical teams, sales representatives, architects, engineers, and installation teams throughout each phase of the project life cycle, ensuring seamless integration in healthcare operating rooms, ICUs, and procedure rooms across Canada. This role requires proficiency in both French and English languages, including written and verbal communication. What you will do Collaborate with sales representatives, clinical teams, architects, and engineers to integrate booms, lights, and system solutions into healthcare operating rooms, ICUs, and procedure rooms across Canada. Lead the team in developing the project charter and management plan; oversee the direction, management, monitoring, and control of the project. Partner with project stakeholders to define and manage the project scope; create a detailed Work Breakdown Structure. Develop and manage a comprehensive project schedule, analyzing critical paths, workstreams, and key milestones, and take ownership of the project timeline. Work with cross-functional managers to establish the project budget, ensuring costs are monitored and maintained within budget constraints. Create a risk management plan by identifying, analyzing, and preparing responses to project risks, and actively monitor the risk response plan. Design and implement the project’s Procurement and Stakeholder Management Plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations. Develop a communications management plan tailored to the project team and key stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely information flow. What you need Required: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related field. 4+ years of Project Management experience. Experience managing large scale, complex projects. Proficient in both French and English languages, including written and verbal communication. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
