Work Flexibility: Field-based What You’ll Do As an Acute Care Associate Sales Representative, you’ll help the territory meet their assigned quotas by taking a consultative and collaborative approach to support our clients, clinical training, and related demonstrations of all products and programs. These products and programs include: ProCuity Beds with connected solutions, ISOTour and IsoAir, Prime Stretchers, Altrix, Mistral Air, ProCare Services and Flex Financial Services. Associate Sales Representatives collaborate with their team to focus on developing customer relationships to increase customer loyalty and accelerate growth. Undergo extensive product training, so that you can tailor promotional messages based on customer insights, advise on the appropriate choice of products, answer customer questions about product features, and distinguish products from the competition Participate in in hospital surveys as well as implementation and post-sales training, including ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction Focus on customer satisfaction by being a team player and autonomous, solving problems through a consultative approach, acting with honesty, integrity, and providing highly responsive customer service of an unparalleled level Participate in preparation and organization of trade shows, congresses and clinical meetings Understand and comply with all facility protocols and relevant OSHA guidelines when evaluating products As an Associate Sales Representative, you are motivated to solve real-world problems and improve healthcare for our customers and patients they serve What you need Required: University Degree 1+ years in an outside sales position Preferred: Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in a health-related discipline, science, or kinesiology 1+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales Additional Information: Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered Must have a valid driver’s license Travel Percentage: 80% Stryker is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
