Job Description: Experience Required: High school diploma 3- 5+ years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop 2 ASE certifications Ability to use web-based tools to gather service information One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, any role where you interacted with customers) A strong understanding of automotive engine, electrical, drivetrain and/or infotainment systems Skills: Using electronic service manuals Microsoft Office skills Typing skills Bilingual English / Canadian French professional speaking and writing skills are required Listening and technical experience to assist dealer technicians via phone, chat or email Other requirements Able to work shifts within the call center’s hours of operation: Monday – Friday (7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time) This position is fully remote within the Canada only All applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship now or in the future DXC is an equal opportunity employer.
