Only those contacted by an HR Representative and provided with an interview time will be provided with the location information and permitted entry. __ Customer Service Representative Pay: From $28 to $32 per hour Hours: Various in-office shifts available Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French) Pay: From $32 to $36 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat. Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering. Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we’ll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
