KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Employ safe work habits and complies with all applicable Diversey safety requirements Review forecasted demand for packaged skus - convert Planned orders to Process orders or Firm Planned orders Monitor shipment queue for bulk orders and schedule production accordingly Coordinate Outbound Bulk shipments with 3rd party Carrier and coordinate production with Mix department to optimize tank usage Work with Customer service for expedites, move our or qty changes for outbound and packaged skus. Publish a weekly schedule for all Solenis batches in coordination with Diversey scheduled production Reviews & update SAP parameters (MOQ, rounding value,) to be best optimize exception messages Work Closely with QA on BOM Updates/Rereading open orders. Monitor Inventory to coordinate usage with Scheduled production Support Diversey Scheduler as Backup Completes all Safety and Plant Training as Required Other duties as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: College or Post-secondary education with a focus on production planning may be preferred 3+ years in a manufacturing environment Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables, vlookup, generating reports) Must have a strong understanding of production processes Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to create and understand reports in order to make production decisions. ERP System Experience – SAP REQUIRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: APIC Certification an Asset Exceptional organizational skills Results oriented with a demonstrated sense of urgency Energetic, enthusiastic – conveys a sense of commitment to the group Identifying problems and helping improve processes.
