Key Responsibilities: Build lasting relationships by providing continuous support to lessees. Collaborate with brand managers and sales teams to achieve sales goals. Facilitate lease renewals and introduce leasing services to clients. Organize and maintain customer account information using One Eighty. Assist with lease termination documentation and follow-up processes. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in automotive leasing administration (an asset). Proficiency in One Eighty, CDK, Microsoft Office, and Outlook. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Calm, professional demeanor for handling challenging situations.
