We’re looking for a digital analyst who possesses a deep understanding and hands on experience within data visualisation and analysis. Who uses their curiosity to seek out valuable insights to assist in improving marketing performance. You will develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports in addition to maintaining queries required for data transformation from Google and Microsoft platforms. Reporting to the Senior Digital Analyst, you will partner with marketing stakeholders to promote a data led culture. What will you be doing? Develop and present data visualisations to support marketing strategies and inform decisions across paid and organic marketing channels. Generate and maintain business performance dashboards and other media performance reporting to provide critical insights to the brand and marketing team, as well as the broader business. Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate insights, and make recommendations. Partner with internal and external data teams to retrieve, enrich, segment, and establish actionable insights. Researching trends across all digital channels to stay current with industry analytical trends and data. Promote digital data literacy within the department. Support the senior digital analyst in delivering the digital analytics roadmap. What are we looking for in you? Demonstrated experience working in a similar digital analytics role. Strong business acumen, adept at deriving customer-centric insights aligned with organisational goals and marketing best practices Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail Strong communication skills – verbal and written to break down complex topics into simple narratives, solutions and ideas for non-technical audiences The ability to navigate ambiguity and experience in analysing both structured and unstructured data Demonstrated understanding of marketing channels, including paid search, SEO, social media (paid & organic), programmatic, and email marketing Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) Extensive SQL experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Relevant tertiary qualification with a depth of subsequent relevant experience in marketing and/or data analysis field, or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and/or experience.
