Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Guardian Program, a multi-faceted initiative focused on data governance, risk management, and privacy reform. This is a 12-month maximum term contract (initally). What will you be doing? Leading the Guardian Program: Oversee workstreams focused on data retention, deletion, risk management, consent and preference management, third-party data, and privacy reform. Developing Program Plans: Create high-level plans, budgets, and resource schedules to inform business cases and deliver programs effectively. Managing Stakeholders: Engage with GMs, Senior Management, and external stakeholders to align delivery approaches and influence business behaviours. Overseeing Teams: Guide and mentor a small team of Stream Leads, ensuring alignment and commitment across workstreams. Identifying Dependencies: Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve dependencies and ensure smooth program execution. Managing Risks and Reporting: Track and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies while providing detailed reports to Sponsors and Steering Committees. Driving Continuous Improvement: Conduct lessons learned and program health checks to ensure alignment with business strategy and project management methodologies. What are we looking for in you? Proven Program Delivery Expertise: Extensive experience in managing complex programs, with a focus on data governance and risk highly desirable. Data and IT Program Knowledge: Background in data management, consent and preference management, or privacy reform preferred. Exceptional Leadership Skills: Strong ability to guide teams, influence stakeholders, and manage conflicts effectively. Project Management Expertise: Superior understanding and application of project management frameworks, including scope, time, cost, risk, and integration. Strategic Thinking: Ability to simplify complex deliverables and align them with business strategies. Stakeholder Management: Proven success in engaging and collaborating with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
