This is a Permanent opportunity with flexibility to be considered Full Time or Part Time. What you will be doing: In this dynamic and collaborative role, you will: Support the development and continuous improvement of RAC Insurance’s risk and compliance strategy, frameworks and processes. Help maintain critical documents including the Risk Management Framework, Risk Appetite Statement, Incident Policy, Risk Culture Plan and more. Co-design and roll out engaging training and guidance materials that embed a strong risk culture across the business. Collaborate with both Line 1 and Line 2 teams to uplift risk maturity and support the annual risk management declaration process. Assist in delivering RAC Insurance’s Risk Culture Plan through education, awareness, surveys and reporting. Build strong working relationships across the organisation and actively contribute to team learning and development. What you will bring: Experience in risk, compliance or governance roles — ideally within financial services, insurance, consulting or a regulated industry. Sound knowledge of risk management principles and frameworks (APRA, ASIC and industry codes a plus). Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex risk concepts and influence stakeholders. Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
