About this position: What you’ll do: Responsible and accountable for the financial management for the site Performs Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll functions Responsible and accountable for scheduling, position control, employee file functions What you’ll need: Education in Business or Health Administration coupled with at least 2 years management experience preferably in seniors housing or health care Experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred Financial management / budgeting experience Experience in payroll and scheduling in a unionized environment Proficient with software programs including Word, Excel, and UKG or similar payroll systems Workday experience an asset Perks & Benefits Job variety, no two days will be the same Amazing residents with rich life stories Competitive salary and benefits NOTE: In an effort to further protect our vulnerable residents as well as other employees and volunteers, AgeCare requires all new employees to produce a clear Vulnerable Record Search prior to starting work.
