Your current job title may be Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Project Manager.
As the Process Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and effectiveness by collaborating directly with the Digital Enablement Team (DET). Your expertise in Salesforce process improvement and deep understanding of the Salesforce platform will be instrumental in:
Seamlessly coordinating daily cross-departmental user activities.
Engaging key stakeholders to ensure the success of DET's vital requirement gathering efforts.
What You Will Do:
Identify and gather stakeholder requirements to define & document new cross-department processes. Assist in the development and implementation of Salesforce process (process mapping, system improvement, training etc ) to optimize resource utilization and end user experience??
Support end-user day-to-day queries & monitor user adoption of Salesforce?
User training and creating training material for use of Salesforce?
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure internal Salesforce processes impacting multiple departments are successfully completed.
Maintain Salesforce configurator CPQ, product data, new Salesforce product release and end of life, this includes:
-List price assignment & update approvals
- Product setup (volume pricing, data classification, active status etc)?????
- Gather product manager technical requirements (part numbers, pricing, LOH, GM etc.
- Identify & document Navision SO, asset tracking, revenue recognition & shipping process
- Setup Salesforce configurator CPQ
- Coordinate approvals- Gather product manager's technical requirements.
- Coordinate with production, Customer support, QA etc
- Implement documentation and database updates (Nav & Salesforce)?
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:
Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification
Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce administration and Salesforce process improvement
Proactive approach to Salesforce platform enhancements
Commitment to implementing best practice solutions
Excellent problem resolution skills including influencing and negotiation skills
Outstanding analytical, innovation and problem-solving skills
Preferred, not required:
Salesforce Certification in administration or similar
