Your primary responsibilities include: Assist customers with purchases, product inquiries, and recommendations while driving sales growth through counter merchandising and product promotionProcess sales orders, returns, and warranty claims in compliance with company proceduresMaintain a clean, well-stocked counter area and manage inventory levelsCollaborate with Inside and Outside Sales teams to support overall sales effortsResolve customer concerns and complaints effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction Qualifications Grade 12 diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of customer service or counter sales experienceExcellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skillsProficiency in operating sales software and processing ordersStrong math skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of plumbing and building products preferredExperience with Trend, Eclipse, Word, Excel, and Outlook an asset Additional InformationSalary Range - $45000- $50000EMCO is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a discrimination, harassment, and barrier free workplace where all employees can contribute to their fullest potential.
