You'll support our Reproductive Health and Clinical Microarray business with best-in-class platforms like CytoScan HD and OncoScan. About the Role: As a trusted technical partner, you will guide customers through sophisticated workflows, empowering them to make confident, data-driven decisions in patient care. Your role bridges science and strategy, driving growth while improving outcomes through genomic insights. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase market share in Eastern Canada, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia. Must live in the territory, it is a field position meeting with clients daily, face to face. Drive adoption of CytoScan and OncoScan platforms in key segments: prenatal screening, postnatal diagnostics, and oncology testing. Apply expertise to inquisitively engage with clinical lab directors, hospital leadership, and executive collaborators. Collaborate with Field Application Scientists, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure customer success. Represent the company at regional conferences, customer events, and strategic meetings. Maintain an accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM records while consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related Life Science field required. Master’s or PhD preferred. Experience: 5+ years of sales experience required, preferably in genetics, genomics, or cytogenetics. A legacy of result in engaging C-suite, R&D executives, and clinical decision-makers. Familiarity with reproductive health and oncology applications strongly preferred. With an intensity to inspire change by travel 40–50% across the assigned territory.
