What You’ll Be Doing: • Perform maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of production equipment and facilities • Assist with the assembly, debugging, and startup of new or modified production machines • Support implementation of new manufacturing projects • Ensure production equipment meets operational efficiency and quality targets • Maintain quality operating systems in compliance with ISO/IATF 16949 standards • Promote a clean, safe, and organized maintenance environment • Participate in continuous improvement and preventative maintenance initiatives What We’re Looking For: • Skilled trade certification and/or relevant industrial experience • Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and CNC • Minimum 5 years in maintenance and repair of CNC machining and automated assembly • Familiarity with QS9000 or equivalent automotive quality systems • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization Bonus Points If You Have: • Welding or basic manual machining skills • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environments • Interest in pursuing additional certifications or licenses How to Apply: Apply online at www.johnsonelectric.com – We can’t wait to meet you!
