A Day in the Life: Provide support to update daily / monthly reporting processes. Ad hoc marketing and sales performance analysis to support executive decision (this may include researching the competitive landscape to benchmark programs, reviewing sales results by retailer to identify opportunities, etc.) Develop, update, and distribute retailer communication bulletins, Point of Sale materials (POS), digital assets, manage swag and inventories. Proactively assist and co-ordinate retailer events, conferences, and workshops. Project management support (ex., Market research, presentations, RFP and RFQ) Supporting functions for administrative/governance tasks, ex. Process documentation Who We’re Looking for: Strong self-starter skills. Proactive approach to work and ability to build consensus. Critical thinker with strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent analytic skills and experience working with data sets. Excellent communication and presentation skills with an aptitude for cross-functional teamwork and collaboration. Strong skills in Excel, advance skills in using MS Office (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint), and the ability to learn new computer systems as needed. Strong organizational, and time management skills Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Tableau and/or Visio is considered an asset.
