Daily claims intake on dedicated Accident Management Queue Gather information by telephone or electronically and review incoming claims to facilitate and dispatch as needed. Provide guidance to drivers and clients throughout the claims life cycle Provides accurate documentation on all claims and repair events . Proactively monitor repair/claim progress and expedites as appropriate. Reviews and issues purchase orders & payments to national account providers and independent repair facilities Liaison with Insurers to report new claims, confirm coverages, submit documentation Proactively monitor subrogation and recovery progress and expedites as appropriate. Adhere to client policy and parameters by communicating effectively with all parties involved. What are we looking for? Excellent verbal and written communication skills Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office and Windows XP Ability to carry out telephone interviews, Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle first and third party claims Strong decision making skills Must have excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to multitask. Proven ability to work in a team environment Must be a flexible team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service Other duties as assigned. University Degree or post-secondary education in an insurance related program will be considered an asset Obtained or an active involvement in the completion of the CIP designation 3 + years’ experience in the fleet management or insurance industry Bilingual (English/French) (Asset) Direct customer service experience. Fast-paced centralized contact Centre environment. Ability to work on a late shift rotation schedule one week every 2 months Indoor office that is climate controlled and well-lit. Sitting in front of a computer monitor for extended periods of time. Weekend work may be required. #LI-CD1 Pay: We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $55,730.00 - $80,805.00 CAD annually for full time employees.
