AS A SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR, YOU WILL: Qualify and assign inbound leads to the appropriate sales manager for further development and closure. Monitor and source new sales opportunities through key incoming lead channels (i.e., website chat, lead forms, sales inbox, phone calls) Monitoring, filtering and assigning inbound leads to sales reps on different verticals. Overseeing the deal registration process and collaborating with direct sales and OEM teams to ensure streamlined sales cycles. Streamlining sales & marketing lead tracking by monitoring Salesforce dashboards across different verticals in collaboration with overall Marketing Leads. Engaging and communicating with sales & marketing leads to ensure inbound leads are actioned on. Work with Sales & Marketing leaders to create, maintain, and optimize CRM analytics dashboards, report and monitor lead influx performance. Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics, performance trends, and forecasting. Develop cold call lists (CoStar) for lead generator and sales reps to boost campaigns or target geographic areas. Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing databases, customer lists, and contact lists for targeted marketing efforts like customer surveys, email marketing campaigns and other targeted campaigns. Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and database management best practices. Work closely with various teams to build targeted outreach lists based on customer segmentation, demographics, and behavioral data captured within CRM platforms. Maintain and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ensure data integrity and accuracy Support the sales team with pipeline management, territory planning. Identify process inefficiencies and work cross-functionally to implement solutions Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer success to align goals and ensure seamless lead-to-close process Manage sales incentive and compensation tracking Various Adhoc reports Required Education, Experience & Skills: CEGEP diploma 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or sales support Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Great organizational and creative thinking skills You are a team player that thrives in helping others succeed.
