As a Marketing Specialist on our Portfolio Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing product marketing, sales enablement, and growth initiatives. You will take full ownership of Storylane, managing its implementation and optimization to support product marketing campaigns. You will work closely with Sales teams to deliver impactful product training demos and provide interactive demos that clearly communicate the value of the product to potential customers—helping accelerate deal velocity and deepen product understanding. You will also contribute to growth and demand generation efforts by increasing website conversion rates through bespoke interactive demo experiences, ultimately driving pipeline growth. Primary Responsibilities: Storylane Management: Oversee the development, adoption, and tracking of Storylane demos across W&I to streamline GTM and Demand Generation initiatives. Manage the implementation and optimization of Storylane to support product marketing campaigns. Collaborate with Sales teams to deliver impactful product training demos and interactive experiences that accelerate deal velocity and deepen product understanding. Increase website conversion rates through bespoke interactive demo experiences to drive pipeline growth. Sales Enablement Support: Support the design and production of key sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, proposals, and one-pagers. Collaborate with sales and product marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and asset delivery. In-Product Marketing: Drive the design of in-product marketing assets such as gated feature pages, pop-up cards, and other UX-driven elements. Create unique product assets for new feature releases to enhance positioning, including feature GIFs and visuals. Creative and Web Support: Apply design and UX expertise to web-related projects to ensure a seamless and engaging digital experience. Support creative initiatives as an adjunct designer to maintain visual consistency and deliver high-quality creative output across campaigns.
