What You'll Do: Execute daily proactive calls to identify sales opportunities for Nasdaq Verafin Serve as the first point of contact for new business prospects, determining the next steps for each prospect Uncover pain points and problems within financial institutions that Nasdaq Verafin's application can solve Identify decision-makers within financial institutions and work to build and foster robust relationships Develop targeted nurture campaigns to solidify strong relationships for future buying opportunities Collaborate with other Sales Development Representatives, bringing forward innovative ideas in team meetings and discussions Participate in product training sessions, meetings, skills training, and professional development classes Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) targets What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in prospecting and proactive (cold) calling Ability to leverage curiosity to uncover prospects' needs and build key relationships. Proven track record of achieving sales targets Ability to engage with a variety of roles within an organization, including C-suite executives, decision-makers, and users Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools Knowledge of the financial or software industry is an asset Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting applications is an asset What Success Looks Like: Bringing fresh ideas and improvements to the team Working effectively with other teams and stakeholders Delivering high-quality work and exceeding expectations Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) targets Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within financial institutions Contributing innovative strategies in team meetings and discussions Growth Opportunities: Access to training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge Opportunities for leadership roles as you grow within the team Use your skills and knowledge to explore new areas of the business Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a broader understanding of the company Engage in mentorship programs to guide and be guided by peers and leaders Why Nasdaq Verafin?
