What the Role Looks Like
You’ll be the first point of contact for members looking to understand their coverage options. This includes:
Handling scheduled inbound and follow-up calls
Coordinating virtual appointments with members
Providing clear, compassionate guidance on benefit options
Completing digital enrollment documents accurately
Staying organized and ensuring quality in every interaction
Collaborating with your team and participating in ongoing training

You’re confident speaking with new people
You bring positivity and professionalism to your work
You’re detail-oriented and good at managing your time
You’re self-motivated but work well with others
Prior customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
You’re legally able to work in the U.S. or Canada
