Job Role
Manage daily operations of both Front of House and Back of House.
Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to maximize satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
Continuously monitor product quality and explore new supplier options.
Organize and oversee staff shifts.
Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to boost productivity.
Forecast and manage inventory needs for kitchen supplies and cleaning products.
Ensure adherence to sanitation and safety regulations.
Uphold and enhance the restaurant’s image, suggesting improvements as necessary.
Control operational costs and identify opportunities for waste reduction.
Prepare detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual financial performance.
Promote the brand within the local community through events and word-of-mouth.
Develop strategies to reach a wider audience, including discounts and social media campaigns.
Train and develop both new and existing staff on customer service excellence.
Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Jobs Requirements
Proven experience in customer service.
Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage (F&B) operations.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
Effective management, leadership, and motivational skills.
Strong financial management acumen.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong team player with a collaborative spirit.
