The Job
Follow Lifestyle operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety and security measures, to ensure partner safety during each shift
Attend to customer needs promptly and courteously
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and promptly
Provide quality beverages, whole beans, and food products consistently by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
Assist customers as needed
Maintain and clean the store when required
Handle cash and accurately record customer order information
Assist and coach new staff members during onboarding
Contribute to a positive team environment
Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments using established organizational methods
Job Requirements:
Communication skills, both written and spoken, in English
No previous experience required
Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Must possess a valid Skills Pass: www.skillspass.org.mt
About You
Verbal and written communication skills in English
Willingness to work on a shift basis with flexibility for weekends and public holidays
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and handle multitasking
