Job Summary Job Description What is the Opportunity? Responsible for multiple oversight activities including working with Audit, Risk and Compliance to ensure our controls and risk management practices are in line with best practices. We are seeking a versatile candidate who thrives in a changing environment and is looking to make an impact in the organization. What will you do? Executive Reporting Maintain a global list of covered employees to be presented at the CUSO Conduct Risk Committee and the Enterprise Material Breach Committee and support the communication and dissemination regarding applicability of policies and procedures to their status as “covered employees”, as needed. Lead the Year-End reporting cycle on Material Breaches and Compensation Adjustments Support preparation of compensation materials for the Compensation Sub-Group, Compensation Risk Management Oversight Committee, and Human Resources Committee; in addition, prepare or support materials production for regional governance committees Assess requirements for annual reporting and proactively apply changes according to new regulations and enterprise standards Risk and Controls Partner with Operational Risk to drive the Compensation work stream in the Regulatory Compliance Monitoring (RCM) and Operational Risk Management (ORM) programs to close gaps and findings, and plan for emerging risks. Execute ownership of the Compensation Risk and Adjustment Process by consistently evaluating and updating procedures to ensure fair and consistent application of compensation adjustment mechanisms, as well as to respond to an evolving regulatory environment. Regulatory Oversight and Audit Lead the annual enterprise compensation audit coordination process, acting as the hub for audit planning, audit response and coordinating the resolution for audit issues and findings. What do you need to succeed? Must-have: Undergraduate degree with 5-8 years progressive experience in HR, risk, compliance, audit, finance or regulatory Advanced technical skills in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong problem solving, learning and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and have strong attention to detail Strong appreciation for risk and controls to ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards Collaborative approach and enjoy working in a team environment Nice-to-have: Previous experience building and modifying Tableau dashboards Knowledge of financial services industry Knowledge of legal and regulatory issues with respect to compensation What’s in it for you?
