What You’ll Be Doing: Monitor, oversight, and provide support to Credit Analysts working the late shifts, in all time zones until 8 PM PST Coach and develop Credit Analysts through consistent, regular ongoing feedback, including career development discussions to strengthen their knowledge, skills, and competencies. Establish goals, develop strategies, and implementation plans to ensure SLA and KPIs are achieved and increase the effectiveness of the business unit. Promote team engagement within a Hybrid Workforce model, support identification process of AOS issues and implementation of the action plan. Resolve Associate performance issues for accountability and/or refer to the Retail Credit Manager as appropriate. Facilitate change, implement review processes for consistency, standardization, and harmonization in buying practices, monitor workflow, risk management of credit offerings, and compliance policies to meet and exceed established KPIs and scorecard initiatives. Ensure adherence and compliance to established policies & procedures, review and update all SOPs, and PnPs for process changes, Business Continuity plan, prepare and update onboarding and training requirements using an innovative approach to maximize efficiencies. Adopt a sales consultative approach, focus on negotiation and identifying opportunities through non-traditional ways to structure deals. Collaborate with Supervisory Team and Manager to optimize workflows and resources, and meet and achieve SLA and KPI targets. Prepare and schedule: Team Huddles, What Matters Meetings, Bi-weekly/Monthly 1:1’s, MAP meetings, and Analyst work schedules to ensure equitable and sufficient shift coverages: Evenings, weekends, and holidays, implement changes as required to meet business needs and collaborative WFO requirements. Ensure tasks are promptly assigned and accurately completed. Provide and promote “best in class” service to internal or external customers on elevated, sensitive, or complex issues. Promote an inclusive and respectful environment with internal and external customers. Handle dealer disputes, escalations, training, and relationship-building initiatives as required. Foster Associate engagement, use team recognition and team-building activities to maximize engagement, resource allocation, and support other departments with an Agile Workforce and hybrid work environment. Respond promptly and accurately to management requests and business users related to ad hoc analyses, reports, and other management information services on a consultative basis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for improvements in business process efficacy and efficiency, work towards constant improvement through Kaizen initiatives by thinking creatively, leverage data for decision making, and foster business innovation. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree (Business/Commerce preferred) or equivalent related work experience. Ability to work evening shift on a permanent basis – 11:45 am-8:00 pm (PST) or 12:45 pm - 9 pm (MST) Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an automotive retail financing environment. Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented with a result-driven attitude to support our associates, dealers, and customers. Flexibility to work extended hours to support the team and dealer network Lead by example with a Sales Consultative approach.
