Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? As a Senior Business Analyst on the Compliance Technology team, you will execute all aspects of requirement delivery and data analysis- planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation, and requirements management. You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary scrum team, working closely with requirements stakeholders to make decisions about requirements approach – requirements deliverables, activities, effort estimates and will recommend best courses of action. In this role, you will be working on Regulatory Compliance Management projects to provide solutions to analyze the impact of new or changed regulations on business processes and operations. What will you do? Elicit functional and system requirements for Regulatory Compliance Management projects using Agile methodology Apply advanced coverage analysis techniques to ensure relationship between scope, detailed requirements, and testing through to implementation Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of details and accuracy of estimates Define practical user experiences, including storytelling, personas, process flows and interactions Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives, following the enterprise standards Manage data acquisition and data mapping activities Create mapping specifications from various data sources and file formats to a vendor data model Provide BSA support to development team during development, testing and implementation What do you need to succeed? Must Have: 5+ years of experience as a business analysis, and exposure to business process management projects. Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project. Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities. A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry. Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
