Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? Reporting to the Director, Content Marketing, the Coordinator, Digital Content supports the production and distribution of communications/marketing content for various sales channels within RBC Global Asset Management. The coordinator helps to ensure critical deliverables are met and output is consistently of high quality and compliant. The role supports digital marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness and demonstrate world-class expertise through content, events and campaigns. They will also support special projects to analyze content performance, improve digital experiences, and make recommendations to optimize content delivery. What will you do? Manage content publication and ongoing updates to website (including images, files, metadata, and SEO formatting) Help produce monthly analytics dashboards, in collaboration with digital team and Manager, Digital Marketing & Communications Support delivery of subscription emails, e-newsletters and other deliverables through SalesForce MarketingCloud Provide support for the production of new and recurring marketing materials, both print and digital Work with brand marketing, design, compliance, and other internal units to ensure the timely and successful completion of all projects/campaigns Work with the Manager, Digital Marketing & Communications to implement SEO strategy and ongoing analysis Other marketing related administrative functions, as required, including translation and compliance. What you need to succeed? Must have: 2+ years of digital marketing experience (website, email, social media) – knowledge of financial services a plus but not required Background and/or strong interest in content and digital marketing Working knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g. email marketing, social media middleware) Working knowledge of content management tools (e.g. dotCMS) Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage competing tasks in a deadline-driven environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team, someone who is flexible, intuitive, self-motivated Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills Nice to have: Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and SEO best practices Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Wrike, Jira) Copywriting experience, knowledge of CP Style French language skills (written and verbal) What’s in it for you?
