Our client is seeking top-tier Fullstack Software Engineers to work on cutting-edge AI and software development projects.
You’ll play a critical role in building datasets, evaluating large language model (LLM) outputs, and developing real-world fullstack applications.
This opportunity is ideal for engineers with strong fullstack development experience from top 50 tech companies, who are excited to contribute to the next generation of AI-assisted software systems.
Key Responsibilities
Work across multiple projects to improve LLM performance on code tasks.
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI agent use cases (e.g., coding copilots, creative assistants).
Evaluate and review model-generated code for accuracy, maintainability, and performance.
Analyse and provide structured, written rationales for code quality and rankings.
Collaborate with the client´s teams to identify edge cases and improve model behaviour.
Must-Have Requirements
10+ years of overall professional experience in software engineering.
Must have worked full-time at a Top 50 Tech Company:
Minimum 1 year if US-based
Minimum 2 years if based elsewhere
(Top 50 Tech Companies list provided in screening)
Experience as a Software Engineer (not Data Scientist) in these companies.
Proven expertise in full-stack development, including:
Building production-ready applications
Software architecture, design, and debugging
Code quality and peer review practices
Citizen or valid work permit holder in the country of residence.
Strict No-Gos
Candidates with experience only as Data Scientists
Contractor/part-time experience at top 50 companies, must have been employed there in the past
Candidates without valid work permits
Nice to Haves
Degree from a Top Global University
Exposure to modern cloud-native and scalable architectures
Engagement Details
Flexible hours: 10–40 hours/week
Partial PST overlap required
