Role Summary and Impact
We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic VP of Marketing and
Communications to join our leadership team at WPP Media. The successful
candidate will be responsible for shaping the overall marketing and
communications strategy, driving our brand's growth and enhancing our reputation
in the market. You will work with a diverse team of marketing, PR, and creative
professionals to implement impactful campaigns that align with our company's
goals and objectives.

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy,

Lead and partner with a team of marketing, PR, and creative professionals,

Oversee all aspects of branding, including brand positioning, messaging, and
identity, to ensure consistency and impact across all channels and
touchpoints.

Drive the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns,
including digital, social media, content, and traditional channels, to drive
brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Establish strong relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and
media outlets to elevate the company's profile and secure positive coverage.

Develop and manage the marketing and communications budget, ensuring
efficient allocation of resources and ROI measurement.

Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer
insights to inform data-driven decision-making and optimize marketing
strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and
executive leadership, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with
business goals.

Oversee internal communications efforts to foster a strong company culture,
drive employee engagement, and promote information sharing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing and
communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a Media agency,
Advertising company or a PR agency would be preferable.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and
communications strategies in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, PR, social media, and content
strategy best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with
industry partners, influencers, and media outlets.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to
balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in French would be a plus
