The opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Analyst to
join our dynamic Accounting team. This role is responsible for managing the full
accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations,
and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of
accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive
in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including billing,
collections, and cash application.
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices and credit memos in accordance with
contractual terms and company policies.
- Review and interpret customer contracts and order forms to ensure accurate
setup and maintenance of customer master data.
- Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely
manner.
- Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue accounts to ensure
timely collections.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Legal) to resolve
billing issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Generate and analyze monthly AR reports and KPIs to support financial
planning and decision-making.
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and
responding to auditor inquiries.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and
automation initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and
regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or
collections.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (e.g.,
pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and CRM platforms
like Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model is
preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact
effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a
fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
