Job Title Sales, Channel Account Manager, AED - Emergency Care (ON, MB, SK, AB, BC) Job Description In late January, we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips’ Emergency Care business which includes leading brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and Tempus ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. We expect the transaction to close at the end of 2025. As a Channel Account Manager for Home & Public – AED (Automated External Defibrillator) at Philips, you will be an integral part of the Emergency Care team, working within both commercial B2B and B2C markets. Your main responsibility will be to exceed revenue and market share targets by nurturing our distributor network and fostering relationships with end-user customers, foundations, and associations. Additionally, you will strategically seek new opportunities to collaborate with distributors in your territory. Your role: Development of a National business plan to achieve assigned quota Development of relationships to drive relevant programs through the assigned Distributor network Build a recurring and frequent cadence for customer discussions to drive sales and resolve customer issues Development of promotional programs to drive sales growth Organize and execute customer events and participate in relevant tradeshows Collaboration with Field Marketing, Business Unit leadership, Canadian Sales Specialists, Modality Directors and Sales Support and Marketing Director to leverage market/clinical/technical expertise. Build strong relationships with peers in US (Sales Support, Field marketing & Channel managers) to leverage tools, processes & material as appropriate. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 3+ years of distribution capital sales. AED experience, preferred. Your skills include proven expertise in managing both distributors and direct employees, a consistent track record of exceeding company objectives, and advanced knowledge in the science of sudden cardiac arrest and resuscitation, you excel in aligning teams with organizational goals while effectively communicating complex concepts. Bilingual French and English skills, both written and verbal, are required. French is promoted internally, but English is essential for our global business. The candidate may report to a manager outside Quebec and/or interact with colleagues and partners in other provinces and countries. English is needed for communication, training, and support nationally and globally. Philips offers French and English language training, aiming for fluency in both. You have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent education/experience. Philips Transparency Details Total On-Target Earning (composed of base + target incentive) from 85% to 120% performance achievement of Target Incentive is $100,000 to $127,000 per year plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. On Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars (for HSA/PSA/RRSP), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
