We are looking for an experienced and high performing professional who will play a critical role in building up our GMS Immigration Engagement Management Team capabilities.
This role plays a crucial role to run major client engagements as part of GMS Immigration Engagement Management Team. The selected candidate is going to be responsible to ensure on-going satisfaction of clients by providing a seamless global coordination experience. In addition they will also play a role in feedback to the overall playbook for Global Engagement Management .
They be leading the day-to-day execution of immigration services and managing, as well as building our designated client accounts together with lead engagement office/team.
What you will do
Responsible for client relations and day to day management of the engagement together with Lead Member Firm
First point of contact for complex matters, including client escalations and service delivery issues
Agree, set, and enforce engagement management service standards
Ensure consistent roll-out of initiatives
Consistent review, reform, and global coordinated alignment of processes
Manage people located in different KDN locations
Agree and drive customer service ethos in GMS
Keep network informed of our progress
Present KDN services to country leaders and targeted offices
Participate in new RFPs and client pursuits
Develop and deploy standard training in regards to client requirements, global processes and technology use
Spread awareness, coach, and assist teams and local offices
Devise, promote Coordination & Billing workstream agenda
Establish, keep relations with KPMG network
Link together Tech, Tax, Core, Markets, Transition, Compensation workstreams
Ensure internal/external projects are managed to the highest standards
Contribute to budget discussions
Liaison with billing team to ensure timely client billing and oversee inter-firm reconciliation process
Review and approve monthly finances based on the support provided to each engagement
What you bring to the role
7+ years of experience of relevant experience on immigration and coordination of global clients
Strong operational and strategic global immigration experience
Excellent communication skills with ability to build new relationships and leverage existing relationships within KPMG
Experience in supporting and managing a global team in a virtual environment
Experience working with internal and external, high-level stakeholders
Significant analytical skillset
Self-starter that is able to collaborate and execute on priority goals and vision
Strong quantitative abilities
Ability to multitask and priorities multiple projects in a demanding environment
