About The Role:
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in a full-cycle recruitment capacity across all life science industry roles.
Our Recruitment Specialist will:
Utilize multiple sourcing, screening, and qualification strategies to attract and retain candidates for various projects across the portfolio of clients.
Meet with hiring managers to define the requirements for vacant positions.
Contact and network to develop key relationships with life sciences industry professionals to source candidates for career opportunities.
Develop close relationships with all appropriate Attaineo technical and sourcing team members.

Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Experience recruiting in specialized and highly competitive markets.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly communicate with a variety of professionals.
Knowledge of best recruitment practices and/or market trends
Entrepreneurial mindset, intuitive, and proactive, combined with the nimbleness and a “can do” attitude
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
Experience with strategically sourcing candidates using progressive methods (i.e., RPS, Indeed, job boards, universities/colleges, ATS, etc.)
Expertise in scientific/life sciences roles is considered an asset.
